Syrah $30



Tasting Notes: When you taste our Syrah you will lose yourself its seductive aromas; full bodied and velvety smooth. Enjoy it as your favorite dark chocolate slowly melts in your mouth, or compliment it with a strong cheese.
Merlot $25



Tasting Notes: Aged in French Oak for 24 months and simply delicious – with touches of cherry, raspberry,
boysenberry and mulberry. You may notice subtle
hints of chocolate, caramel, and vanilla infused from
the French Oak. Enjoy it with grilled meats,
prosciutto/bacon wrapped scallops and prawns – or
simply with a mild cheese.

Vidal Blanc $19

Tasting Notes: Our Vidal Blanc is our sweetest wine with very fruity aromas and 2.3% residual sugar.  Pair it with your favorite cheeses, a nice spicy Asian dish or even a seafood or chicken curry.
